What's the difference between the softgels and the DigestTabs?

I can't say for sure since I've never had the softgels but the tabs are a chalky consistency similar to Tums. Some people really don't like the taste of them so the softgel would definitely be beneficial if you just want to swallow the capsule without any taste.
