Great Quality Almond Paste, Perfect for Baking
I really like this brand of almond paste. I used it to make Italian rainbow cookies, and they turned out excellent! The flavor and texture were just right, and it worked well in my recipe. I’ll definitely be buying from this brand again, and I plan to purchase a larger amount next time because one package wasn’t quite enough.

For a recipe
I have no bad things to say about this product. I bought it for a cookie recipe that I definitely will not be making again. The product was really fine and I recommend it for others to use.

It's Almond Paste!
Yup, it's almond paste. And, it's 7 pounds in a nice metal can. I was glad to see that the can didn't require one of those industrial can openers. I just stuck it under my Oster and away it went. I had to hold the can up and feed it a bit, but it still worked fine. Once opened, I was able to just dump the can shaped lump of paste on my cutting board easily enough and I proceeded to cut it into pieces to freeze. It worked out great to make almond horns ([...]) .....mmmmmmm.....I haven't had those in years. It was easy to work with and easy to freeze and you can't beat the price compared to the little containers of almond paste available in the stores and on Amazon, especially when you consider that I got this as a subscription item and used my Amazon Mom status to get 20% off. Cha Ching!

Delicious and fresh
This made a good amount of pignoli cookies . Flavor was excellent. Expensive but cheaper than buying the cookies in a bakery
