How much diameter this eraser?

4mm. Smaller than a normal wood pencil eraser.

Are these advertised as a set of 3 mechanical pencils + 3 erasers? Or are they just selling erasers? Where do I buy these pencils?

Just 3 erasers. You can find the pencils here: https://www.amazon.com/Faber-Castell-Mechanical-Pencil-135500/dp/B000WEAW2K/ref=sr_1_1?s=office-products&ie=UTF8&qid=1505987751&sr=1-1&keywords=faber+castell+mechanical+pencil and then you can select the lead diameter. I would recommend getting these erasers because the erasers get used up pretty fast especially if you are the type to forget to use your block eraser.
