The Puffin in Bloom 4-Book Collection: Anne of Green Gables, Heidi, Little Women, and A Little Princess

These Puffin in Bloom books are not only beautiful versions of these classic stories, but they are also a delight to read. The books are lightweight , the print is large enough to read easily, and they are bound so they open easily and will last a long time.. They just feel good in your hands. To top it all off, they look beautiful when they are displayed! This is the second set I purchased along with the Jane Austen set of three.

Even smaller in person which I love. Absolutely adore the cover design and everything about this set. I am very happy that I own these. They are the perfect size to hold, and the inside cover illustrations match the stories. There are illustrations throughout and the paper is a nice quality; it has a light tooth to it. There are also things to ponder written in the back after you’re done reading. I don’t agree with all of them, but they’re still fun to go through nonetheless. The only issue I have is that the inside front cover of Heidi cracked at the spine when I opened it and I can see the binding, but it did not separate the cover completely from the spine. That could be my fault for opening them so quickly from being out in brittle cold all day in the mail.

This is such a good gift for a young girl. All of these books are must reads for a young girl and to have these easy to read beautiful copies on your shelf feels like a must. I bought these five years ago and I still love them as much as the day I bought them. I have purchased many times over as gifts for people. I especially love the copy of Little Women.

This has been a great collection for us. The books are just the right heft and dimensions. Nice weight to the pages. The typeset is beautiful. Really just a joy to read. We’re on our last of the four books and have enjoyed them all as read-alouds for the family. Thank you for making a set that is so pretty that it adds to the pleasure and endearing nature of the stories. The bookmark is a nice touch. Thanks.

This book set is beautifully done with typeset that is easy to read, even for an older adult. If you, like I, don’t remember reading these sweet books as a child, then this is worth buying to read now.

The designs in these books are so beautiful and appealing to kids and adults! The books are pretty lightweight and are perfect size I would say even thought they’re in the smaller side! I would die to receive this as a gift! Don’t think twice just get them! :)
