Since I destroyed my Versa trying to change the battery. I bought the battery from Amazon and after I destroyed the watch I discovered that it wasn't even the correct battery. For what it is worth, call or email the company and return it to them for a replacement if that is what they tell you to do. I now have the Sense and I will not buy a battery for it. I will call the Fitbit company. Make several calls if necessary as they are not as easy to deal with as they used to be.
