Chocolate Chips

I use these, along with 2-3 other sugar free chocolate chips, to create chocolate bars for our bakery. The flavor profile is excellent, lending a fruity note to balance the espresso notes more prevalent in other brands.

These are probably to the best semi sweet chocolate chips I've ever had! They are sugar free but they don't even taste like they are, they taste so good. I am on a low carb diet and am also borderline diabetic so I choose these as my go to. They are sweetened with Monk Fruit and Erythritol and taste natural and delicious with the perfect amount of sweetness. Highly recommend.

Taste good, no sugar and good ingredients. Easy to use. Made chocolate chip cookies and it came out good.

I’m on keto. I bought these to make cookies but this is not my favorite use. I combine a handful of these with peanut butter and redi whip for a treat. A bag of these lasts me over a month. 1 Taste - takes a little getting used to but for my taste buds now that I’ve been on keto to 6 months they do taste sweet to me and is like dark chocolate but not as intense 2 texture - The first package I got was all lumped together and not in small chips. The second bag was like normal chocolate chips and this is why I gave it 4 stars. I just ordered my 3rd bag. We’ll see what I get. 3 price is $$ but for my use I think it’s a worthwhile expense

There is white "dust" covering all the chocolate chips, which was never present with their mini chocolate chips. The dust is apparently "fat bloom". If so, it's not harmful, but makes the chips look unappetizing. The dust could be forgiven, but not the taste of these larger chips, which is not as good as the minis that were unfortunately discontinued. In particular, they're bland and not as sweet or chocolatey. Why companies routinely drop excellent products like the Lakanto mini chocolate chips is totally mystifying, especially when the remaining option/s are not as good. I will not buy this product again.

They taste fairly good, aren't super sweet, which is ok. They have a little bit of an after taste when eaten alone. However, the seller ships them via USPS and they must have sat in the sun before arriving to us but when they got to our mailbox, we weren't home on a week day to immediately go get them. By the time we got there, they must have been in the mail box in the sun for at least an hour. They were almost completely melted. Very frustrating. You can't use them in cookies now. Very unhappy.

He probado varios productos de la marca y en general he tenido buenas experiencias. No habia probado estos chocolates, me agrado el sabor y el tamaño de las chispas me gusto, pero lo que no me gusto fue la apariencia del chocolate, se ve como viejo, blanquisco. Aclaro que la fecha de caducidad esta bien, de hecho les falta mucho para caducar, quiza han estado mucho tiempo almacenados o refrigerados.

Me llego echo líquido 😓
