Yes. It will. I love to use this bag as a carryon. My 15" laptop wouldn't fit in the pocket, but yours will.

will it fit under airline seat ?

Not 100% full to bursting, it will easily fit under the seat. And if it is full, as long as it can be squished down a bit then it will still fit under the seat.
