85913-6PK Clear RTV Silicone Adhesive Sealant, 7.25 oz. PowerBead Can (Pack of 6)

I have been buying these power bead RTV canisters for years. The older ones wasted a bit and you had to prize out a solid bit from the nozzle if you left it more than 24 hours between uses. These latest canisters have a no-cut nozzle and seal very well so it works first time no matter how long between uses, even days. My only criticism is the delivery hole is a bit big but it does the job. I use this for applying RTV to memory, M.2 SSDs and connectors on PC equipment subject to harsh industrial vibration. It works great and I would recommend it.

This stuff is expensive as Permatex goes, but it is so worth it. It allows you lay down a perfect bead every time, and it never dries out. I haven't wasted a single drop of this stuff since I've been using over the past several years. I recently had to caulk all the windows in my trailer because it was just that time and the original seals had shrunk and had gaps etc. So using this stuff, it took 2 1/2 cans to get all the windows down and they look perfect. I didn't have any places where there was too much or where I had to continually smooth it out and spread it out like you get out of a caulking gun, and all those super hard to reach places, this can fits up there perfectly, unlike a caulking gun, that is my favorite part. Pro-tip: To make this work great, clean and prep the surface with denatured alcohol. Get the surface super clean and this stuff will stick like no tomorrow. Surface prep is a must if you're using outside or in a dusty environment or the like and the alcohol basically kills everything so you are adhering to a pristine surface to begin with. Your success using this product is dictated by prep! Absolutely worth it. I hope this helped!
