It is summer time now, and I have a sweaty oily face. My old eyebrow pencil wore out, and my coloring has changed from blonde to ash blonde. I read up on eyebrow treatments, and in my research I found this product. It is simple to use, and it stays on all day and doesn't seem to wipe off when I blot the sweat off my face.It does require a fairly stiff angled brush like the one in my picture. you will make a mess if you try to put it on with anything else. I don't think that it requires a spoolie.I touched it when it came to see what kind of texture I was getting into. It is slippery, and transferred easily to my fingertip, and was difficult to wipe off. At first, I thought it had a blonde tone to it, but in a different light that was not the case. It is like a warm grey color. The stuff in the pot is quite dark and I was unsure if it was suited to my fair complexion and light ash blonde hair. My first attempt at application was a bust. I tried to brush it on thickly like I was using my eyebrow pencil, and the result was way too dark and artificial looking. I learned in subsequent applications to touch the surface of the makeup lightly with the brush, and dab it lightly in the direction of the hairs onto my eyebrows with the edge of the brush. This way, you can vary the intensity of the eyebrows from light to dark. It isn't too hard to do. I tried applying it with my glasses off because I am very nearsighted, but that did not work out well on the left side. (I am right-handed.) So now I apply it with my glasses on, and that is much easier.I just got this makeup a few days ago, so I am still working on applying it well. I really like it because you only require the one product to apply, it doesn't need primer, It comes in a small container. I think it will last a long time, and it stays on all day. Cons are that it is a bit tricky to apply, and it is a bit dark for an ash blonde, and if you travel you will have to carry a brush that has pigment on the tip.Revision: After using this product for a few weeks, I find that this product is flawed. The edge of my eyebrow brush ran out of flat places to touch it to the product and the surface became chunky. Now, it is difficult to transfer the makeup onto the brush without picking up chunks and clumps. I am not sure how to deal with this issue; it will take some thought. I like the waterproof properties of this product, but it has become difficult to apply. And this is very soon after I acquired it. I am lowering my initial evaluation from five stars to three stars.

I use this product every day and love it. Stays on all day and is easy to apply.

I like the Dipbrow and it does a good job filling in my brows. The pigmentation is great and it lasts a long time, but I do feel like the pomade can get a little dry after using it for a while. I also have to be careful not to apply too much because it can look darker than I want. Overall, still a good brow product and one I enjoy using.

Great product! Goes on smoothly and evenly. One needs to practice with the brush that is purchased separately. Using the needed amount, correct brush, following the direction of brow hairs, and practicing will turn out the perfect brows. Do not let the product dry out in the container. Always keep the container closed after using. A drop of facial oil can be used to revitalize if it begins to dry out.

Dipbrow in "taupe" is my favorite brow product ever. I've tried to find others and nothing works quite as well as ABH dipbrow. My hair is dyed, but my natural color (which I'm growing out) is a light, ashy brown. I'm very fair and cool-toned. Every other brow product I've tried that matches my eyebrows & skin tone either pulls too warm on me or reformulates to a warmer shade. I'm very thankful that ABH has left their taupe the same color as it was in the 2010s. I've been using this product for over a decade and have no plans to use anything else!It's worth noting that you also get a TON of product for the price. It takes me years to go through a container of dipbrow.
