This hand cream is great. It’s thick but doesn’t feel waxy or greasy, so there’s neither stickiness nor do you feel like you’re having to draggggg it across your skin. Both things I’ve had in other hand moisturizers. The thickness of it feels really nice and substantial, which is welcome, I had used the pink-tube Vaseline (Intensive Care Healthy Hands) and it was really thin and didn’t seem to do much. The scent of that one was nice.This has no scent, or if there is one it’s very very mild.This really helps soften my hands and definitely is a barrier that helps your skin retain moisture. They are noticeably less scaly looking, and the bumpy texture from dryness has also reduced.This doesn’t appear to leave a white cast unless you really go in with it. I have been using it on my shins and sides of my knees to help combat some major dry skin. I’m about to graduate to a body moisturizer but this is definitely helping reverse dryness. This is not recommended to put on your face, so I haven’t done that, I do tend to get whiteheads from moisturizers that are too thick for my face skin (I use a 5% urea moisturizer - any of them are great imo)The tube is a nice large size, and will last a while. I now have 3, one by the bed, one by the kitchen sink, and one in my bag. It’s so not greasy at all so using it when I’m out isn’t going to make me feel sticky. The bottle is bright green so it’s hard to lose it in the depths of even the most Mary Poppinsish of purses, mine is giant and black so I do have to dump it here or there when something disappears.A little goes a long way, if I squeeze out too much I just rub extra off on my elbows and forearms.To level this treatment up, apply at night and then put white cotton gloves on to help keep it from rubbing off. Just apply a little more so the gloves don’t absorb it all off. This really helps combat the dry air effects in Utah, especially in the cooler seasons where dry skin gets compounded.It doesn’t have lavender EO in it, which is of note as their night version does, and I’m allergic to lavender, tea tree, and eucalyptus now after using a product that had EOs in it. Be careful to double check what you order, I accidentally ordered the night one and quickly discovered my mistake. I love lavender but my skin does not.I’d honestly be very surprised if I ever found a better hand moisturizer. I will buy this again and again!

This is my favorite O'Keefe's working hands hand cream. This version is not as greasy and I find that I am able to use it throughout the day. It has healed cracked fingers and since using has prevented more cracks from forming with dry skin. My hands feel super soft after use.

I work outside in the cold, so you could only imagine how dry and cracked my hands were. It took about a week of daily use to notice it getting smoother. However, I did only apply once or twice a day, mostly before bed, so it may have made my hands smoother if I applied it more frequently. It still does the job, though. Just not as quickly as I was expecting with the hype - yet again, may be my fault. It's not sticky and does not cause irritation. It feels like and does feel like it moisturizes well. I would still recommend giving it a try. Not a bad product at all. 8/10. 👍

I love this hand cream. I was using the body lotion, and I feel as if it got discontinued. It made your body feel great and it's a good competitor for Gold Bond. It's just as thick, just as healing, just as smooth, and makes you just as soft, but I like this brand better!!! O'Keefe's hand lotion is on the same vibes. You dont have to use much, unless you're always in the water and obviously be reapplying. I work in a factory, so it helps with keeping them moisturized under the gloves and after getting them wet. A little dab goes a long way! Side note: I also love their chapstick. I used to get it at Kroger and Walmart, but it's barely there when I go, just an empty spot, they are forever sold out! A little pricey but the chapstick works wonders. I haven't switched to anything else, and I been using their chapstick for about 2-3 years. I ordered directly through the O'Keefe's page on Amazon. YouTube dont have to reapply anything I mentioned, as much as you probably do with anything else! This is also American Made!

Wish I knew about this before I was given a pretty heavy-duty steroid (Betamethasone) for my ‘eczema’, which only existed on my hands. I wash my hands 20-25x a day. The steroid never seemed to help and my skin always seemed to be in much worse shape after each application.O’Keefe’s resolved 95% of my ‘eczema’ / dry skin problems in 7 days. The crazy part is I’ve only had to apply it 3x a day as it continues to protect and moisturize even after washing my hands 20-25x/day.The only other lotions that have worked for me are Sarna (Original) and Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream for Dry to Very Dry Skin. The biggest challenges with these are: 1.) Having to reapply constantly after washing my hands 2.) Greasiness factor. They worked great but left my hands feeling EXTREMELY greasy. O’Keefe’s is NOT greasy AT ALL. A moderate amount goes a long way. I can use my phone without leaving greasy smudges on the screen and turn a doorknob literally 30 seconds after application.O’Keefe’s has another lifelong customer!

La crema es muy muy buena. Yo era escéptica de la rapidez y efectividad del producto, pero me dejo realmente sorprendida. Mis manos estaban sumamente dañadas por el lavado constante, uso de gel antibacterial y productos de limpieza, estaba tan mal que tuve terrible Irritación que incluso causó manchas porque la lección seguía. Utilizaba una crema extra humectante, pero la consistencia no era buena y duraba poco la sensación de humectacion y cuando estaba irritada la fragancia no me ayudaba. Con esto encontré un alivio a mis manos la uso 3 o 4 veces al día ya que debo mantener un lavado constante y hay veces que no puedo llevarla a mi area de trabajo. Solo utilizarla 2 dias note una verdadera diferencia.

using it for the first couple of times, hands became smooth and soft. but after using it for about 6 times, hands became red and itchy.

En Invierno mis dedos se inflaman y se abren, 2 cortadas por cada dedo, dolor 24/7, pero últimamente la piel de la parte superior de las manos se cuartea, tipo craquelado, y cada rasgadura es como una cortada, me arde hasta con tocar el agua, por fin encontré esta crema y la pedí, sólo la he usado 2 veces al día, una en el día y otra antes de dormir, la piel de las palmas sigue un poco reseca, porque siempre se me secan con cada cambio de clima, pero como al tercer día de uso se cerró la piel, quedaron las líneas pero ya no me arden como antes, la famosa película invisible que deja no es molesta, sólo depende de la cantidad de crema que se use, no se siente grasosa ni tirante, es una sensación peculiar, como de suavidad. La volveré a comprar.
