UPDATEl I am updating my review. I don't plan on purchasing this again because of the glue smell; it used to have a nice smell (according to my last review), but now it smells like glue. Now, if you want something that's unscented, this is perfect for you. When I lean down to smell their hair after styling it, I can still smell the glue smell. It does work great and holds well. My boys' hair seems to hold in place all day at school - and boys run, play, sweat, do all the things... However, I prefer something with a touch of a sweet scent, so I have switched to a different brand. FIRST REVIEW: I have 3 boys with different textures of hair. From thick and curly, to thick and wavy, to fine and straight. This product works for all of their hair types. It smells yummy and not too greasy. Also, provides adequate hold without making their hair look stiff or like it has too much product in it. You only need a little bit, too, so hopefully it lasts long because my only con is the price for how little the jar is.

My son's hair was only growing in the front really at first so tried some different hair gels/pastes to help keep it out of his eyes until we were ready for a haircut. This one is completely fragrance free, which is great. We didn't notice any skin irritation after use. It is nice and light so unless you use a lot at once, it doesn't leave any noticeable clumps or oily/greasy spots in the hair. It holds thin hair in place nicely if you are having a casual day or going to an event where hair might need to look put together but does not stand a chance against rambunctious toddler activities in or out doors.

We LOVE this hair paste, it’s so light weight but holds well in my toddlers hair. I appreciate that it is water soluble so it washes out easy, doesn’t leave any flakes through the day and has clean ingredients for my boy!

This is such an amazing product! This not only has clean ingredients but also keeps those fly aways down! My baby has super fine hair and this product keeps every single hair in place. I love that it has clean ingredients but also love that it is unscented. This leaves the hair down pat without the greasy look as well!! Carson said he 10/10 recommends! If you are on the fence about this product I am telling you it is worth every penny!!!

Really not that impressed. Leaves a white residue in hair and doesn’t keep it in place. But it has better ingredients than most. Doesn’t really have a smell. Won’t buy again

Love it. Dried without an overly waxed look and smells wonderful as well. If your child has dark hair then you may have that, issue of that white powder that other people complain about. My son has dark brown hair and while it doesn't dry white, some of the white residue is visible if I go flake it or comb it out AFTER it is dry. Used a bit for my own flyaways too and I love it too!

Item stinks. Don’t buy.
