Can this be cleaned with water?

No, it is not water soluble, so I used lacquer thinner to remove any unwanted material. I used a standard caulk gun to apply sealant to fill separations in concrete slabs growing unwanted plants. Once the RD 3000 has cured in cracks, it can be power washed clean. For best adhesion, be sure you have cleaned the cracks well and allowed to dry before applying sealant.

How low can the temperature be for the DAP 18370 take to dry?

According to their website, -35 degrees. Our 0980 product will work at 20 degrees. Thanks....

Is this polyurethane?

Hi, no, this is MS Polymer (modified silicone). It performs like polyurethane, but is a different formulation.
