Has a little bit of padding so it is comfortable enough to wear when you want to get hyped up for the game. Great value for the money as the helmet looks AMAZING! It is a youth helmet but if you head is small enough, you can wear it. I wear a size large motorcycle helmet for reference.

Honestly I was drilling my son in the face too often while playing shinny in the basement. The kid was always like complaining so I decided the least I could do is buy him a nice goalie mask from his favorite team. He loves it - adjusted to his melon just fine and he's comfortable wearing for long sessions. It seems durable enough and so far no complaints from him - it protects well.

This was a great purchase! Solid construction, great graphics, and high quality. I early bought this same mask at the Xcel Arena deuing a Wild game. Instead, I paid a fraction of the price to get a quality mask through Amazon. Highly recommended!

CAVEAT: This mask is only meant for street hockey with a soft spongy ball also made by Franklin and not a hard roller puck (also made by Franklin). It will fit a pre-adult teen or pre-teen and can be adjusted a fair amount for smaller heads. The catseye face cage gives a good range of vision and there's good padding for the chin. I bought mine, along with a Chicago Blackhawks version as collectibles and I've got to say that the the graphics are fantastic and pop. It's not Eddie Balfour or Tuka Raask but it looks great on my shelf. Eventually, I'll add a Dallas Stars version (my home state favorites) and a Seattle Kraken (the tentacles are so vivid!) to the row. Two thumbs way up but make sure you shop around for a good price. DON"T pay retail.

Not a full sized mask but that’s ok. I’m using it as a table display along with the Octopus serving tray I found here on Amazon. I plan on having all the fixings along with some great barbecue brisket, bratwurst, maybe some smoked wings. Go Kacken!

Advertised as for Kids, but should stress for SMALL kids. Claimed to be for like 6-12 years.. But even at the max options it is still to small for my 11yr old. Would not recommend if your kid is normal or larger sized. Total disappontment. If your kid is an undersized/small 10yr old or younger it might be ok - but ya. Def not for a 11-12 year old of normal or larger size.
