External trigger saves the day
We were looking to generate a single cycle of sinewave (with adjustable period and amplitude) when triggered by an external logic pulse. This did the job perfectly.

Great generatorI
I only needed an audio generator to test my hearing aids and to setup my graphic equalizer. This turned out to be more than I needed. It is well built and easy to operate. I went thru several of the menus and will probably use many of them. I am very satisfied and would certainly purchase it again.

Initially Worked GREAT!!! On reboot to check SAVE function unit would not stay turned ON.
Initially worked great!!! Very intuitive logic design! User Manual fairly good and written by someone who has a good command of North American English! After entering a new set of operating conditions for both Ch1 and Ch2, I SAVED the entries, then powered OFF using the Push Button. Some 10 seconds later I again pushed the ON / OFF Push Button, the unit would not stay ON unless I held the Push Button IN. If I held the Button IN the unit seemed to program normally, but would immediately turn OFF as soon as I released the Push Button.

Wildly inaccurate
I thought this would be a nice little addition to my bench. I was wrong. First off, it's extremely lightweight and slides around at the slightest touch. Second, and most importantly, it's wildly inaccurate. I double checked it against my Rigol scope. 5khz sine @ 2v attentuation. While the frequency was accurate the voltage swung from 1.2 to 2.2 volts. At 500mV, my scope could barely lock on to it, that's how bad it is. It's useless for any work where you need precision. Avoid.

Easy to use
Well thought out user interface. Especially the ability to change frequency with rotary adjustment, with sensitivity of the adjustment set by selecting the appropriate digit to adjust. Highly recommend for basic function generator.

Great product
I have bought a ton of these over the years for special projects, and they are very dependable. Only once did I get one where the power adapter didn't work. Highly recommended
