Extremely Beneficial Device At Low $$!!
This is the third one I've ever had and they ALL WORK, provided you've had a competent hard surgeon diagnose you accurately w TFCC. I paid $50 each for my first two in 2008 & 2010. You can wear it almost all the time and for extra strengthening, use KT (kinesio tape). The nest thing is that it's VERY EASY to adjust manually. You just let out or add slack. I would very much like to give a BIG HUG to whomever created this. It has been life saving and saved me from surgery I think the Shock Dr TFCC brace and it was TOO firm along the ulnar side. Creating function again requires the allowance of some movement. This will not solve your problem overnight, it could take a while and you still need yo do PT and/or rest it but it's the best thing for it there is. God bless them.

Absolute lifesaver. Get this brace! Best on the market.
Absolute lifesaver. Truly amazing brace. I tired every brace on the market without success until I finally discovered this brace. I can’t say enough good things about it. I dealt with a very bad injury (thankfully not bad enough to require surgery so far), and this is the only brace that enabled proper healing. I wore it nearly 24/7 (except during showers) for ~4 months, and after that I very slowly began to reduce over the course of many more months. I found that I had to wear it very snugly, which itself caused some bruising and swelling, but I was more than happy to deal with superficial issues, from wearing it so snugly for such a long period of time, for the healing and relief it provided. I highly recommend this brace. Just make sure you wear it properly and snugly.

Scratchy but effective
Very effective, maybe a little too much. My arm and fingers began to hurt after a while of doing activities since my wrist had actual support now and they had to overwork, but after a week they got better. The widget IS made of the same velcro material that cable wraps are but its much thicker. The side that goes on your wrist is tough and scratchy and theres no good reason why it shouldn't be more comfortable. Still, for its low profile and weight and being more effective than any other wrist support I've used I say give it a shot if u can afford it

Has helped with pain
I was skeptical and it is a bit irritating initially, but if you keep up with it, it really helps with the pain. It doesn’t seem like it does much, but I believe the premise is that it holds your radius and ulna together so that the tear in your TFCC can heal. It has worked for me.

Helps but this brand is way too expensive for 1 brace
Really helps with my wrist pain during workouts. My OT recommended something like this. But it only comes with one brace (the last time I bought these it was a 2 pack so idk what brand that was) and I wanted 2. That's my fault for not reading fine print. But i lost my other ones. But either way, it's very expensive for just one! I wouldn't buy this again and I regret buying it now that I realize it only had one brace. I would look for a different brand.

Works but not Cost Effective
The brace works fine for TFCC injuries however the cost is extremely high for the velcro materials. I've noticed it doesn't stay intact very well if you remove it several times. Edit: Customer service reached out and resolved my issue very quickly.

Durable support that doesn't get in the way or lock you up while working.
My husband had damaged his wrists while working, wear and tear over the years, and with all the other wrist supports we've tried, they are too bulky, they restrain you from doing your work. But, these work he says. They give him support while not getting in the way. They are more comfortable and last. He used one for years, just washing it and resuing. And, asked me to buy two more for when one wears out. They do last a long time, washable, and my husband approves of these. Hopefully this helps someone else out when choosing from all the different wrist supports. My husband worked in concrete truck driving for 6 years, and is a electrician now and it's going on 7 years. Before that he did welding, so if you work hard and need to use your wrists but need support while working this is the one. I hope they work for you too.

It might be psychosomatic, but I think it helps
I damaged my ulna area of my dominant hand two years ago and the doctor suggested a cortisone injection which I just didn’t want to commit to for various reasons. I did a lot of research on how to reduce the pain associated with the strain and found that this product might offer some help and I think it has. The larger wrist braces are bulky, hot and over time seem to make my wrist weaker. The wrist widget offers just the right amount of support to the area. The only issue, and it’s a major one, is that it slides off the position it is meant to stay in. So I am all day long, every hour or more, having to adjust it back into place. I understand that perhaps using a piece of thin rug mat, the rubbery weave that you place under rugs to keep the rug in place, could be cut to size and used to keep the wrist widget in place but I don’t have any of that handy. Is the wrist widget actually helping to support my wrist?? Maybe…. Does it give me the psychosomatic effect that my wrist is being supported? Yes, for sure. I still wear it two years later.

Does what it aims for!
The brace itself does the job. It looks simple but it helps a lot on RFCC
