I got this bike light set for my daughter’s bike, and honestly, it’s one of the best little upgrades we’ve made. She rides to her friend’s house and around the neighborhood quite a bit, so visibility and safety were top priorities, and this set delivers on both. The headlight is seriously bright at night and makes a huge difference when she’s out riding after sunset. One feature I especially like is the strobe mode, it flickers between white and yellow light, which really catches attention during the day. It’s the kind of visibility that gives me peace of mind as a parent. Another thing I like is the quick-release mount on the headlight, it is very functional. I can easily pop it off for charging, or if we want to use it as a flashlight. The taillight is just as good, it is very bright, sleek-looking, and has several fun lighting patterns that my daughter enjoys switching between. She says it makes her bike look “cooler” now! Both lights charge with USB-C (thank you, no more digging for old micro USB cables), and the battery life has been great so far. Plus, they’re weather-sealed, so I don’t have to worry when she gets caught in a drizzle. The setup was pretty straightforward, everything mounted quickly and securely, and the whole system is super easy to use. It is lightweight and not bulky. For the price, this bundle is a fantastic value. It looks and performs like a much more expensive set. My daughter is happy, and I’m happy.

I’ve been using this bike light for a short time, but I’m already impressed with its performance. The battery life is excellent — it easily lasts through multiple rides without needing to recharge. That’s a big plus for me since I do longer evening rides and don’t want to worry about it dying halfway through. Installation was quick and effortless. I had it set up and ready to go in just a couple of minutes. I actually liked it so much that I ended up putting one on both of my bikes. I just received this light set two days ago...and already it's made my bike rides SOOOOO much better!!! It's a little difficult to express how much safer I feel and how bright these things are!!! Be aware that the front headlight is MUCH smaller than you'll think it will be, BUT that turns out to be a tremendous positive. It's slightly smaller than a business card, and fits in your pocket easily if you go inside Starbucks and don't want to risk it being stolen off your bike. It's incredibly bright and has several modes to choose from. I use the "blinking" effect as it still illuminates the street ahead of me perfectly, but attracts more attention as it flashes versus just being "on". Same thing with the tail light. MUCH brighter than I thought it would be...and also has several modes. Again, I choose the flashing mode as I believe it catches people's attention. Drivers can't help but notice you!!! At 65 years old, and starting my bike riding journey again after about 10 years of not riding, I feel much safer, more secure, and more confident riding now. In light of the inherent danger of riding on the street with cars speeding past, it's comforting to know that at least now, I'm extremely visible. Not to mention that it's nice to light up your path very brightly in front of you. Oh...I almost forgot. The kit also comes with a bell that will remind you of your childhood. Yes....I mounted it on my handlebar...and actually use it. It's quite loud. I use it to say hello to kids who wave hello as I ride past them, or to alert pedestrians that I'm approaching from behind if I'm riding on a sidewalk. It also came in handy yesterday as a car was starting to make a right turn as I was crossing the street when the light changed. He was looking to his left to make sure it was clear for him to continue his turn (meaning he was NOT looking at me!) I gave a couple thumb pushes and the bell caused him to turn his head and notice me. He stopped and had a panicked look on his face with his hands in the air apologizing to me. It possibly could have turned out much differently, but that little bell was loud enough to grab his attention, thankfully!! I would have paid $100 for the peace of mind this light kit has provided, so to get it for less than $20 was a steal! They charge quickly too using the two USB-C cables that come with the set. How long the charge lasts I'm not sure of yet...but I only ride for about an hour a day, so I'll likely get 3-4 days worth before having to recharge (I'm guessing). If you're on the fence regarding buying this kit...go ahead and get it! If you're like me, you're going to be thrilled with your decision!!! Happy (and safe) riding to all!

It's a good light in terms of the light output, however the light only seems to last maybe an hour on the brightest setting (but granted it's really not necessary; even the lower is enough, and you can make it brighter if you want for something special). When charging, the light by power switch will be blinking, and then on steady to show ready. Also, I'm wondering why you're not supposed to use any other USB wire. Also, is that only for the one that connects to the light; what happens if I am using an extender (or hub) from the computer; is that OK? Also, the screw that clamps to the bike, the screw head comes out, so you can't press it in by hand; need a screwdriver. Would suggest it should be permanent in the screw/clamp part, and like that you can push it into the other side and screw with the clamp to thread it. I saw that the BLITZU Gator 390 has a "rubber band" which makes putting it on and taking it of much easier. That is cheaper; I wonder if there is a difference in teh quality of the light. Another points is, that to turn it off from bright, you need to press the power button four time, so that is not so convenient. There are some lights that you press and hold for a second, and it shuts off from any point. Another day, it was out in a rain (says water resistant). When I turned it on, there was very little battery-power left, so it shut off soon after. However, at some point, it turned on on its own. It seems it 'got back' some power after 'resting' (as camera batteries do too, sometimes), and so it turned on. However, this is not necessarily so good, as you may not want it to turn on, for example in a room where people are sleeping etc. I think the should make it, that once it turns off for power, the IC should keep it off even if power returns. Even when I plugged it in to charge, it took some time before I was able to shut it; it was only cycling through the various levels of brightness but couldn't be shut. I don't know if this has to do with how much it was charged, or if some water got in. in either case, it shouldn't be (or perhaps it's a malfunction with this light alone, and not indicative of all the others of this model). All-in-all it's fair value for the money; nice and bright etc. (not the brightest - but the brighter ones cost more money, and have a separate battery pack, which may not be USB rechargeable, so that's a consideration). This light gives you what you need for riding around at night. Also very lightweight; can use as regular flashlight.

I bought 2 of these One of the backlights does not charge. It’s quite annoying I have to pay for shipping and claim a refund. Others items I purchased had Amazon take care of it all
