Okay, this worked for me when nothing else would. I've been struggling for 5 years to figure out what was going on and how I could help myself feel better and this is what worked for me. -I was so tired all I could do was work and sleep, no energy for anything else. I could sleep for 18 hours, go to the store and be so tired I would come home and sleep for another 18. -I was beginning to grow chin hairs so dark and thick I had to pluck every day. -My voice was getting more and more raspy and deep. It sounded like I'd smoked for 30 years and I've never smoked a day in my life -I had uncontrollable weight gain, almost 100 pounds in 5 years. And I dieted, exercised, and cut my portions to where it was almost unhealthy. -Such bad brain fog I couldn't remember anything, I was struggling to finish a thought, and my kids would have to tell everyone but me what plans were for school or I'd never remember and it wouldn't get done. I spent a long time thinking it had to be my thyroid but every test came back fine. IUD, iron, and every other thing they could think of didn't work. I auto diagnosed myself with pics after learning about it online and a month later my doctor confirmed it once I had an ultrasound and it showed a big cyst on my ovary. My doctor didn’t prescribe me anything for my pics so I began to take this product along with omega 3, probiotics from Costco , magnesium, zinc and other minerals . I got another ultrasound done and the cyst was gone after taking this product for 2 months. This stuff worked for me. I had started having irregular cycles, & it hit the point where it had been 4 or 5 months. I ordered a smaller jar of these supplements to try. A few weeks of taking them consistently, & my cycle returned! I was getting worried, & really didn't have the money to pay to go see a doctor plus be paying for any medication they prescribe. I've also noticed a difference in my mood & energy levels. I could sleep till noon, wake up & be tired again in a few hours or less. Now I can function throughout my day. Something to be aware of is the quantity you need to take. It recommends 4 capsules a day, 2 in the morning & 2 at night. Splitting the doses also helps avoid any stomach upset as well. But while a 120-count jar seems like a lot, that's only enough for a month if you take them regularly.

My review is for the ladies that want a real review how this supplement helps with your menstrual cycle. I had been struggling with painful menstrual cycles for years that increasingly became unbearable the last two years. I did some research and this product was highly recommended and talked about. One of the reasons it’s taken for is it supports regular menstrual cycles. I do believe it got my cycles back on track and after 1 month in taking 4 pills 2xs daily, with my next upcoming cycle, I did not experience any cramps! That’s a huge win in it itself! I highly recommend giving this supplement a try. I also really like how the bottle had a written scripture on it: Psalm 139:14 “you are fearfully and wonderfully made.”

I have been using the Optify Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol Supplement for approximately 3 months now, and I wanted to share my honest experience since it can affect everyone a bit differently. For the first 2 months, this supplement actually caused a significant delay in my menstrual cycle. Honestly, it could have been alarming, but luckily I had read up on it before taking the pills and knew that a delay of 2 to 3 months can sometimes occur. This happens because the supplement is actively working to regulate your body's hormones and reset your system. My period did finally arrive! Moving forward, I will be closely monitoring my cycle on a monthly basis to see if the delays continue or if my hormones have successfully leveled out for a more regular, predictable cycle. One major tip for anyone starting out: taking all 4 capsules together caused some noticeable drowsiness for me. To fix this, I highly suggest splitting the dose, taking two pills at separate times during the day completely solved that issue. Overall, it takes some time and patience for your body to adjust, but it is definitely doing something behind the scenes. I'm looking forward to seeing how it performs over the next few months!

I haven’t had a period for an unhealthy amount of months now, but I believe this product brought it back! I bought this 2 months ago, for the first month I wasn’t consistent with taking it, I would just take it here and there, but I locked in and finally started to take it everyday for about a full month. That’s when my oura ring + natural cycles app told me I ovulated (!!!!!) uhh I never/rarely ovulate even when I had a consistent period, I rarely got that notification so not only did this product give me my period back but it actually helped my body to ovulate (according to my apps)! - I bought the powder version of this bc if you have pcos you know how many pills we should be taking daily (i say should bc i don’t but know I should and will be soon lol) and I DID NOT want to add to that list and I think it’s the sole reason why I was able to be consistent with taking it bc it’s so easy to just dump it in your water and go. - the powder is so easy to use and it tastes like NOTHING, and dissolves quick! I drink it with room temp or ice cold water and you literally can’t taste it. - I just do two scoops in my Stanley cup and drink it all day. -I will be reordering soon but I plan to take it a full year so I’m excited to see what it’ll do for me. I know it was this product that helped me ovulate and bring my period back, before you think otherwise. I didn’t change anything in my diet, or daily life. All I added was this and I occasionally took a fish oil pill. I probably took that for 2 weeks straight MAYBE, mainly here and there.

If I could rate these higher I would. I have pcos and was always told I would never get pregnant. Now I am blessed with a beautiful babygirl with the help of inositol! It takes time but it truly works. Also helped regulate my menstrual cycle.

But before finishing this one bottle I got pregnant but sadly I lost the pregnancy due to no heartbeat earlier. Even though I lost my baby, in my 40+ my body responds because of this product. I have PCOS and haven’t had a period since May. Tbh the period I had in May was very light too. I’m trying to conceive so thought I’d give this a try. Started taking on the 26th of September and had my period on the 7th of October! It’s been a good while since I’ve been able to naturally have my period. Hoping this helps regulate my ovulation so that I conceive soon. Will update of it works out!!
