I didn’t expect much from these capsules. I already take a medication to help with mood and focus, but figured what the heck. The first week went by without any noticeable change. However, at the second week start, I could absolutely notice a difference in my attention and motivation. Now, I am coming out of cancer for the second time and major surgery. I haven’t been exercising and I live in Western Oregon, which has been all but frozen in time with smoke and fire ravaging our cities. I would expect to feel depressed, lethargic, and unmotivated. Somehow in these uncertain times, I am feeling GREAT. I have energy to get things done, I have motivation to start projects, and I am seeing a more organized me. I am not alone in this, my husband noticed my change also! He mentioned I seemed ¨like my old self again.¨ I am sold. The product isn’t expensive at all AND is vegan. I will reorder for SURE.

My nails and hair have always been so thin and both break very easily. Research has shown that folate can contribute to improved health of both of those things. I started taking a folate supplement a few months ago and have really seen improvements. I was so happy when I found this vegan version! Love only having to take one pill, happy there is no smell when opening the bottle or flavor when taking the capsule. Will continue to take this supplement in the future!

I purchased this product to help increase focus and energy. I’ve struggled with ADD and have taken prescriptions in the past, and have been looking for a natural alternative. I can say that it took me a few days to notice, but I do seem to focus better. I haven’t experienced much of an energy boost as others have, but I’m also switching from coffee to green tea so that could be why. Overall very happy with this product!

I enjoy using this product. I loved the increase in energy and ability to concentrate in the morning and sustaining it over the course of the day. The pills are easy to swallow. It worked best for me on an empty stomach in the morning and one hour before lunch.

Easy to swallow. No taste at all which is good. Seems like it's helping with memory. Haven't been taking for long so not sure of total effect yet.

I really liked this product and had great results. I used this product specifically for a shift in my mood, because of all the things going on in the world with COVID-19, which has affected us all globally. And, it was highly affective shifting my spirits.

There’s a reason companies started putting folic acid in cereals: your body needs it. In pregnant women, it prevents birth defects. All bodies need folic acid to manufacture DNA. And if you’re on an immunosuppressant like me, you really need folic acid because medications like methotrexate deplete it. I used to grab whatever generic brand of folic acid happened to be on sale at the supermarket but I’ve been taking this product for weeks with no stomach upset or other issues. I plan to stick with this brand.
