Is there an expiration date on the ginger and turmeric? Does the pasteurization lower the curcumin level?

Greetings! All of our products have a best by date printed on the bottle. We do not have a way to know which lot you will be shipped, as Amazon controls their inventory and different lots may be present in each Amazon warehouse. As for pasteurization, we have not tested our juice to see how or if the curcumin levels change with pasteurization, but any possible decrease would be not be enough to negate its benefits. Most studies that have been done on other turmeric products show some decrease with longer cook times and higher temps, but still show active benefits in the curcumin levels. We use flash-pasteurization for our ginger and turmeric juice products. We hope that helps! - Mr. Knobs + Team @ TGP
