This sun umbrella is fab. It survived turning inside out on a Cornish windswept beach more than once (tip: open it facing/into the wind direction!), and kept the sun in check significantly. And it’s got pretty clouds on the inside. It’s not small, it’s not ‘handbag’ sized, but would fit in a tote bag easily. It’s a two person type size rather than an individual umbrella. But it gives great coverage, kept me and the the dog cooler whilst sat watching the kids bodyboard. I’m really impressed, it will get lots of use.

I bought both sizes but I haven't used them yet. The fabric and frame of the umbrellas feel very robust. The springs are pretty strong, so it took a little bit of effort to collapse them but that may change over time. As other reviews have said, the umbrellas are pretty large when collapsed, I've photographed the smaller umbrella next to my regular compact umbrella. It's something that I would probably only carry in a backpack, the smaller umbrella is 445g & the large 500g, for comparison my regular compact umbrella in the photo weighs 200g.

It really is bigger and heavier than I expected. Ok if not travelling with weight constraints!

Would absolutely recommend. It's well made & works well - the material let's through zero light. Fairly chunky when folded, but totally worth it. Have seen several reviews slating the fact that it's been blown inside out by the wind... at the end of the day, it's an umbrella! If the wind catches it then there is a likelihood that it will blow inside out. I always angle umbrellas towards the wind & have had no problems.

This is a terrible product. It does not work as sun protection and it stinks of toxic chemicals. It will do nothing to keep the sun's rays off you but it might well give you cancer from the toxins. Save your health and do not buy.

One of my favorite sun protection products. The umbrella is a bit heavier. I have had no issues w breezes, although a gust did flip the umbrella but there was no damage and you just had to turn it upright again. The umbrella does fold back into case, you just need to be mindful of the folds going in the same direction when strapping it. It’s really not that difficult. The umbrella pops open quite easily, press the button again and the umbrella does a quick half collapse of the spines…it does take a bit of strength to push the umbrella pole back into itself. The only thing that is a negative is that unless you push it back in fully reclined, you cannot just pop it open again. So there is a LOT of popping open, collapsing and pushing the pole back in itself when going in and out of stores. I wish I could just do a quick half close and then reopen. But it doesn’t do that. Took it to Florida. The silver fabric was fantastic for bouncing the heat off and keeping me cool. Most ppl were fine, a few ppl were looking at me weird, but I didn’t care, bc I was not over heating the way they were. It protected my skin too. The navy liner did not bounce light around on me underneath the umbrella. The temperatures were brutal at 98*F and super humid. This umbrella kept me sane when walking around as well as protecting my skin, but you still have to wear sunscreen to protect from UV from reflecting off of surfaces like concrete. I highly recommend for warm weather where you don't want to be cloaked in heat trapping clothing.

Me encanta, su color, tamaño y lo fuerte que es. Lo utilizo mucho para el sol y en ocasiones por lluvia. Lo recomiendo.

Compré parai mamá y para mí unos hace más o menos 2 años y me gustó mucho su mecanismo que se siente fuerte aguantador y si hasta el día de hoy super bien. Ahora volví a comprar otros 2 para mí hermana. Los recomiendo ampliamente. Si cumple su función de protejer contra los rayos solares y contra el calor, y además por su malla y doble capa no se voltea con el aire y además se ven muy bonitos.
