Does it warp if you constantly remove and put it back in over time?

Couldn't tell you, as I have never removed but maybe a couple times to dust/wipe the iPod clean. But it seems sturdy enough.

How do you put your own picture in?

My daughters just slip the case off, slip a picture in behind the device, then replace the case.

Yes. Didn't have a problem with mine.
