I Don't Know
I give this 3 stars because I don't know if it's working or not. I've been taking it for about a month. I don't feel any different than when I started; no better, no worse. I take it to hopefully improve my old liver's functioning, and to hopefully prevent any further deterioration (assuming there has been some). It would be nice if it eventually makes me feel better (as advertised), but I don't really expect that. It's easy to swallow (not too large), has a great combination of ingredients, seems to be well made, taste is not an issue.

Worked for me
My liver enzymes were as high as the chart went so I stopped drinking alcohol and started using this and milk thistle and went in for 6 months check up and now normal levels

Customer Service is Golden
I'm not sure yet about the efficacy of this product as it relates to my health issues, but it is worth a try. The reason I'm giving this product 5-Stars is because of the company that produces it. I ordered three bottles of this product on Amazon but only received two bottles. I contacted the Company and they profusely apologized and sent an additional bottle. Customer service like this is hard to find in today's turbulent world.
