Incredible post-surgery results
This was recommended by my wife’s surgeon for treatment following her nose surgery. It was absolutely amazing. She has had facial surgeries in the past for her jaw and a previous unsuccessful septoplasty so we are familiar with the amount of bruising and swelling that can occur on the face. She had no bruising and swelling was minimal. This serum was well worth the cost. My wife now wants to use more Alastin products. Easy 5 star rating. If I could give it a percentage, definitely 100%. You get what you pay for.

Outstanding pre and post-laser product
Used this post laser surgery and loved it. My skin felt soothed and hydrated after each application. First two days was instructed to use a different product, then switched to this on day 3. I had an extensive laser treatment and so went through a lot of the Skin Nectar, ended up running out before obtaining a refill. I tried a couple of products in the meantime, one being glycerin, but I was counting the minutes until my (delayed!) refill arrived. The Alastin felt by far the best on my skin and it really seems to speed up the healing process. I discovered that it’s helpful to use it before laser as well, will definitely do that next time. Highly recommend this!

Fast and the Real Thing
This is the legit stuff. I needed it on a weekend and I got it right away. Bottle has deceivingly small amount in it, but same as you get from your doctor’s office

Great product for after cosmetic surgery.
Recommended by the cosmetic surgeon, and my wife recommends it to anyone after surgery. Yes it is expensive, but it helps skin heal and keeps it soft.

Premièrement c,est un produit assez dispendieux ne devrait pas arriver pas seller la boîte toute à moitié fermée ,je suis déçu ,je devrais le retourner .Je l.utilise pour le visage c.Est important qu.il n.y as pas de bactéries.

Safety seal was broken when received.
Product had been opened. This is unacceptable and is especially concerning when the product is recommended for use during cosmetic procedures and could pose an increased risk of infection. Also, It is likely that the bottle is not full. Hard to tell given the design of the bottle. Very disappointed with my order.
