I am addicted to these candies. They have a somewhat hard, but still chewable outer shell and a wonderfully sweet jelly filled center. The fruit flavors are strong and last throughout the short life of the candy. They're expensive for what you get, but like I said, I'm addicted. I wish I could buy the flavors ala carte, in which case, I would buy very little if any of the lemon, which is my least favorite. Since my grandchildren discovered these on the kitchen counter, my supplies diminish all the quicker. Judging from my own experience, a lot of people won't like these candies. They have a very intense taste and the jelly filling can stick to your teeth for a moment or two until you swish it away with your tongue. I have been searching for these for years. My former eye dr kept a huge bowl in his office, and I'd take a big handful every time I went in! Finally found them on Amazon. Now I keep them in a big bowl in my office, and everyone is obsessed with them. They are so flavorful, but the soft chewy center is the surprise. I've had people sit and just eat one after the other until I had to pull the bowl away!! Pineapple seems to be everyone's favorite, but I like all of the flavors. Do yourself - and others in your life - a favor and buy these. You will not be sorry!

My husband absolutely loves Arcor candy. I bought a set of two of the assorted fruit, and although the price seemed a little high, when he received the bags, to his pleasant surprise, they were both filled to the brim with his favorite candy. So, it is my opinion that the amount of the delicious candy received is worth the money spent. I will definitely buy these again. There is one thing my husband does complain about when I purchase this candy, and that is there are way too many lemon and orange candies, and not enough pineapple. Other than that, he loves them!

I was surprised to find this candy coming from Argentina but it is wonderfully fruity with chewy tasty centers that remind me of the Italian candy I was trying to find. I would say they're are 98% as good. My quest continues but these will more than satisfy my taste buds til I find the candy of my childhood (if it still exists and if it doesn't then this substitute will keep me happy til the grave). They are well packaged and dated well within their life cycle and came quickly via Amazon Two Day delivery. The price is cheaper than you think for imported candy and I know I've been searching for months now. So if you're looking for real hard candy fruit flavors (Pineapple, Cherry, Lemon, Orange, and Strawberry) individually wrapped with chewy fruit centers then this is for you. I highly recommend.

I ordered this product because my boss had some a while back and I remember that they made working a little more bearable. They are my favorite brand of candy, hands down. Strawberry is the best, followed by lemon, orange, pineapple and cherry. I'll be frank, I think cherry and pineapple taste like butts on any occasion other than with these candies. With these candies, I can eat them by the fistful and not even care that my body is gaining fat by the second. The only cons are: Expensive for what little candy you get. After shipping, two 1lb. bags for 20+ dollars really wasn't worth the price. Very acidic, after about three, my mouth actually starts to hurt. Nutritional information is in about every language other than English. From what I can tell, three pieces is about 100 calories. I can't eat just three.

I am a pastor from Argentina serving a church in the Willmar, MN. Being myself an immigrant, I talked to the kids during the children's sermon about immigrants and the importance of engaging in relationships with them and loving them. And then I shared this candy from Argentina with the kids, emphasizing that the wrapping was worth noticing also, because, since it is kosher certified and this is stated on the wrapping in Hebrew, they had the opportunity to see how Hebrew looks, the language in which the Old Testament originally was written. The lesson of the day from the Bible was precisely from the Old Testament. Delicious candy!

Born in New York and have grown up looking for great sugar products to buy for snacking or dessert. We'll I have found the product. I am just about finishing my third bag of "Arcor Assorted Fruit Flavored Kosher Candy with Chewy Centers". This is one of the best candies in this category. I find the fruit flavors so real that I cannot stop eating them one after the other. The real "home run" is having your mouth get to melt the jellied centers. Wow... are those centers terrific. I cannot get enough of them. I know for sure my weight is going to go up after finishing bag after bag of them. KUDOS to the Arcor company for putting a first class product in the market. Thank you.

And these are a poor substitute but still very tasty. The ones I got as a child had very high end wrapping and there were a few completely unwrapped and I wasn't sure how they ended up that way since there was two layer of paper around them? Still taste good but they seem poorly mass produced sadly.
