I'm not sure what you are asking? As stated there is one pack of 10 boxes of Ricola sweets in this order. There are 18 sweets in each box.

Is the mint strong enough? Would it be too mild?

They’re fairly mild but very tasty and fresh more of a spearmint than extra strong

They are sweets with no medicinal properties, apart from a laxative effect. So while pleasant to eat, as long as you don't have too many, I should think any actual active medicinal effect will be limited , to non existent. They do taste nice. Just don't eat a box in one go. Please don't.

Anything you suck is a cough sweet

I searched for cough sweets and these came up, however I'm aware that anything that make you salivate, so that you are swallowing something wet, helps with ticklish coughs. They are tasty though.
