Why does it say paprika in the ingredients? That's not the same as a the kashmiri chili.

You are correct, it is not the same at all. We had one batch where we had an error on the ingredients. It is in fact Kashmiri Chilli Powder (we actually do sell whole Kashmiri chilli as well), we have since corrected the labeling issue and all new batches past May 20, 2019 should have the correct labeling.

Making sure no onion or garlic in it. Here in the U.S. chili powder does.

No, I think that the Indian spices may naturally be red like turmeric.
