Had a vivosun before it was not working properly bought this 1 and it's an adjustable dimmer and 600w ballast all in 1

Company Ignores Warranty Claims
Do not buy, as they ignore you when you need to get a replacement under warranty. I bought four of these in December of 2023. Due to a cancer diagnosis and subsequent treatment and surgery, they weren’t placed into service until October of 2025. One failed by the end of November. These come with a 2-year warranty (box states 3-years). Tried several times to contact Tophort for help and was ignored. I’ll never buy from them again because of this. If you won’t stand behind your products and honor your warranty then you shouldn’t be able to sell anything on Amazon!!!!

Best Bang for the Buck
Professional packaging starts up every time all the time as it should. Great value after horrendous experience with my last ballast purchase from a slightly cheaper seller. That one blew out my bulb and took forever to refund. TOPHORT though I’ll buy from again.

Excellent ballast
This product works amazing my plants are growing wonderfully and it works well with the power in my house which is older. The shipping was super fast and it was here right when it said it would be I would absolutely purchase from them again

Actually works great!
Went through all the other companies for these. All had dimmer trouble, or didn’t come to full brightness. This brand is excellent. Full brightness and dimmer works!!!

One works the other goes on and off
I ordered two of them. One has worked great with no issues. The other HPS light keeps turning on and off! And they said my return time has already past. Super annoying and frustrated.
