Quality and packing
Chocolate is standard. But packing gone a bit complex. I ordered 16N. It's end of winter it's fine. Don't order during summer. You won't be able to open that packaging and have chocolate..

It is not 45g as mentioned
For the past 4 to 5 deliveries I have been receiving semi melted 40 g bars, not the 45 g mentioned in the description.

First two packs missing, secondly mold on the packs
Totally waste of my time and money.Waited 7 days to receive and then 2 packs are missing and upon that, one of the packs is completely crushed / squished.And such a "hygienic" seller you are, all of the black molds all over the packs.There's no problem is packing, packing was intact, chocolate packs were all nasty.Seller's store / warehouse should get some hygienic inspection.Even my nearby 50 year old Kirana shops maintain much more cleanliness and hygiene then this seller.I'd rather get from local super market, no more chocolate orders from this seller.
