Didn’t come with instructions…easy to figure out

The handle doesn’t quite fit small woman’s hands but it’s still works well. I took off one star because it would have been nice to have the exercise chart that shows on the Amazon description.

The item appears to be the same as others ones advertised on social media. It does appear to be strong enough to hold up to pre-golf stretches. The only negative was there were no directions included (although use is fairly straight forward).

Had this for a while now and it always comes to the gym with me. Easy to use and also good for a warm up at the course. Solid construction has been used a lot and no signs of any issues
