Diet Meal 360 - PLATINUM

I've had about 5 or 6 packs of the caramel latte flavour and was getting a little bored, so decided to try a different flavour. I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be getting more. It mixed well (as does the other flavour), yes there is a slight texture to it, but for the past month I've been adding psyllium husk to it so that adds its own texture and thickens the shake up, so it doesn't bother me. I make up 60g in about 350 of water, which gives me a consistency I'm happy with (before I started adding the husk)Does it taste like an actual banana, no. Does it taste like the banana chews you used to get in mixup sweets in the 70's, yes lol (in my opinion anyway) so I'm more than happy with the flavour...and I will be sticking to these 2 flavours for the time being.

great flavour, texture and thickness to help you feel full and nourished. For me the product worked as it was meant to. For medical reasons I was told I need to lower BMI, blood sugars, and weight prior to a procedure. I increased exercise levels (without Gym) and had 2 of these a day plus a healthy meal and I dropped weight healthily through hard work and other changes have kept it at bay. These are not forever though, they did what i needed them to and I have now successfully reintroduced food back to 3 meals plus a snack. This isn't a miracle cure but used correctly can help you achieve the results you need to. They taste great, they're convenient and easy to use. the size of each bag is plenty for around 2/3 weeks on 2 a day. These are not instead of food but can be combined with a healthy diet , lifestyle and exercise to help healthily lose weigh while not starving, feeling hungry or lacking energy. they are filling but be ready to make the proper changes and maintenance because this is for use as part of a routine not instead of. The exercise, healthy eating, lifestyle changes and longer term goals must also be adhered to and sensibly used.

New customer and have tried both the banana and vanilla. Keeps me full, I manage to have just one shake for brunch and I can last until dinner, definitely keeps me full for a few hours and makes dieting for weight loss so much easier as it’s a quick, easy and low cal option! It does have a slightly chalky taste so I’d recommend blitzing it in the blender (I throw in a banana and some Greek yoghurt so it goes further) and it definitely helps to keep a smooth consistency. 5lb down in 2 weeks by drinking one a day plus a healthy diet - good quality and value, not to mention tasty, would recommend!

Really nice flavour and consistency. Tried many other brands of the same type of product and this is defintely my preferred one.

I bought this after looking for an alternative to my usual breakfast protein shake. I'd recently switched to a whey isolate from another brand, thinking it would be a higher-quality option, but unfortunately it upset my stomach. Regular whey has never caused me any issues.This product really appealed because it's more than just a protein shake. It's a meal replacement containing flax, omega-3, vitamins and minerals, making it a convenient all-in-one breakfast option. As someone with diabetes, I've found protein-based breakfasts work well for helping to avoid blood sugar spikes, so on paper this seemed ideal.Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not checking the ingredients carefully and didn't realise it contains soy protein. I don't get on well with soy, and I found the flavour had quite a noticeable soy taste. Mixed with almond milk it also turned a rather unusual light green colour, which wasn't particularly appealing visually.I don't think this is a bad product at all. In fact, if you're happy with soy protein, I think it could be an excellent meal replacement. It just wasn't the right choice for me, and that's entirely down to my own dietary preferences rather than the quality of the product.

Conosco il mondo degli integratori e li uso da sempre (circa 25 anni). Devo dire che sono rimasto soddisfatto. Qualità buona, costo moderato. Gusto buono. Si scoglie bene sia in acqua che in latte di soia.

Mir wurde es für die Diät empfohlen, um gleichzeitig Protein für den Muskelerhalt zuzuführen. Ich muss sagen, sehr angenehmer Geschmack. Ich nehme es als Mahlzeitersatz zum Mittagessen, und es sättigt auch sehr gut. Es hat aber natürlich mehr Kalorien als Wheyprotein, welches mehr Protein enthält als dieses Produkt. Ich mische es mit Wasser an, und es löst sich dabei gut auf. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Je recommande, produit sain, riche en protéines et très bon en terme de goût.

sono buoni prodotti. Ma li devi usare con l'acqua e pure così al massimo mantieni il peso ma non scendi. In quanto alla fame in parte la riesce a contenere ma non fa miracoli.

Ottimo prodotto. Il migliorein assuluto. Cremoso, saziare. Buono! Provati tutti i concorrenti e non ne ho trovato uno alla pari!
