Yup - gave them to the wife and said “ wash these immediately “

Do they have a sticky waistband

The waistband is not sticky. It’s thicker, but according to my son and husband, incredibly comfortable!

Well, they don't have an elastic waist band, but also are not slim fit. I find them to be very comfortable and do not constrict any motion.
