Mango sticky rice

Nice, easy and perfect snacks. Also can be used to make pretty good sushi! I found it quite difficult to peel back the lid after cooking so peeled it back before cooking and problem solved

Great value
it's perfectly safe to eat straight from the pot but I always heat it first, if using it in a poke bowl or sushi it's best in my opinion to heat it in the microwave, leave it to cool and then add fish or whatever. I have also heated it, let it cool and used it for meal prepping. it keeps well in the fridge overnight. eating it straight from the pot makes it taste somewhat 'crunchy' but heating it makes the rice 'sticky'. great value for the money.
