Depending on square footage youโll probably need more than one of these buckets
Quality product. Easy to apply, probably best to apply all of your coats in one day. Good price. I put this on my translucent roof on box truck for reinforcement. Gonna install roof deck as well for hail protection.

Great protection from rain and the sun.
This stuff rolls out Nicely and works great! No more leaks. It sticks down well and is very water repellent. I would highly recommend but beware, if you get it on your clothes, its never coming off.

Read the directions but worth the buy.
Good product and generally happy with it. Has one of the better reviews. Bought the 30' RV kit for my 23' trailer. Used every last bit to complete the job. I would recommend buying another roll of their seam tape. Works well but just 23' wasn't enough for the repairs I had and their tape takes on the coating. Works very well. Their site appears good but the directions are not fully clear and you find further instructions when you look at each individual product and read the comments. Overall first time I have ever done this and I would recommend their product. There is a lot of prep work that goes into a project such as this so make sure you have good weather and sufficient time to get the job done correctly. Overall a good product and a good kit.

So far so good
I bought this 5 gallon bucket of 100% silicone to fully coat all of the seams on my thin metal roof of an old 14 x 70 mobile home. The roof was rusted too. First I swept the roof off, then took a leaf blower to it to get all the dust and dirt blown off, then I used a bottle of TSP and water to wash the roof. I let the roof fully dry for a few days of hot summer weather... Then I got back up on my roof and thickly coated every metal seam, thickly coated around everything sticking up through the roof, and thickly coated around the entire perimeter of the roof. That took up the whole 5 gallons, which I was glad I got them all.... So next, to try and make sure I was going to stop the insane leaks I have in the roof, I found a compatible product with silicone in it... it's like a white silicone paint. I got 5 gallons of that too and put it on. Days later, it rained, and most of the leaks were fixed, except for one. The worst one that I can't find the origin of.... But it was a lot better....but still... So then I went through eleven tubes of silicone caulk and put it on every screw and bolt, around the perimeter and more on everything sticking up through the roof... Then I added another coat of the silicone paint on the roof.... So far so good... No leaks... It's hard to say which one really stopped the leaks, but I have zero doubt that all of the silicone products I put up there is the reason why it's stopped leaking. This product is very thick and went on great. I used a wide paint brush. I have no doubt whatsoever that this product really sealed it up good on the seams and everywhere I put it. It's also thick enough that I think this stuff is going to last years. I would definitely buy this product again.

To do it right you need more than a weekend.
Day 1. Clean the roof and the the rest of the camper. I didn't use a pressure washer in fear of tearing the roof, so bleach and dawn dish soap and a stiff brush. Acetone the roof A MUST. To remove any left over dirt or old roof conditioner. A quart is more than enough for an average size fifth wheel. Day 2. Etrnabond tape and new lap sealant. It needs to setup so done for the day. Day 3. Taping off gutter to keep from getting sealant on it. Cutting in around the air and vents and along the edge. My 5th wheel has a radius roof edge. Must dry completely before doing any more. Done for the day. Day 4. Coating the entire roof. Let dry and done for the day. Day 5. Second coat. Let dry and cure. done for the day. Day 6. Touch ups on what you missed. Install roof vent covers and a final look at finished job. Conclusion. Happy with the job, time will tell about durability. You need to make sure you prep the roof . Clean. Acetone. Is a must. This product is silicone it dries and feels like silicone. The roof is cooler and water proof. Will not peal off it's stays stuck so your committed. Etrnabond and lap sealant will not stick to the roof anymore so make sure your prep is done before you coat with this product. Also it will skin over if you leave it to the air too long so do small areas at a time or keep mixing it or pull off the skin do not mix it in or you will get lumps. I recommend it. UPDATE. 9/1/24 Sold the camper and the new owners are amazed at this product. I had some product left over so I coated the top of my stone chimney. This product is amazing my stone chimney was going to need a new cap eventually but this covered the stones and mortar very well. It's water proof and I no longer need a new cap. It is about 3x6 foot flat stone cap with mortar joints. It filled the joints and I'm pleased with the results. Highly recommend.

Good Stuff-Buy Enough!
I had read numerous reviews on various products and went with the Ziollo. People rave about it and honestly I will rave as well. I had also read that some purchasers bought the 5 gallon pail only to have half of it left over, so I just bought 2 gallons to do my 30' travel trailer covering the spotted EDPM original roof. I prepped by wiping the surface with wet towels and then again with acetone to set up adhesion. Yes, if you "paint" this stuff on, you'll use less than the recommended amount and cover the old roof. However, it looks even better when you apply a thicker coat. I know now (because I used more on one area near the end of my 2 gallons) that when you spread it on and simply move it around with the roller instead of painting it on, it self levels and gives you a glossy, level finish. Now that I've worked with it and became familiar with it, I'll finish the job by buying 2 more gallons. So, lesson learned, purchase the amount they recommend and you WILL use it if done right. While it costs more to buy the individual gallons, stirring is a snap. The stuff is easy to work with and easy to clean up drips if they haven't set. I am waiting for it to cure to post before and after pictures. Going into this camping season knowing I've probably got the best stuff out there protecting the roof.

Glenn Quagmire for spokes man!
Giggidy giggidy. This stuff is easy like Sunday morning to work with. It's white and slimey. Fills every hole and crevice it encounters. Gets hard in a hurry. And you feel real dirty when it gets on you.Giggidy giggidy. It's great stuff. It is cheaper than the stuff at the home Depot. Mine was good till 2027. Came very fast and was well packed 2 day delivery to Mapleridge BC. Goes on like paint. I figured it would be annoying to work with like silicone in a tube. But you get a longer working time then I expected. I put it on in 30* sun filed days. My rig is a heavily modified 77 class C RV with a metal roof. A old Frazer way RV rental. It had over 50 screw holes in the roof from all the latest and greatest gadgets being mounted up there over the years. I filled them with some epoxy. Then put a circle of aluminum tape over them. I also had a flaking rustoleum silver to get off of there. I hit it with a flap grinding disc. Got as much as I could off. Then a thorough cleaning with ammonia based cleaners. Then two coats of oil Zinnser primer. Then two coats of this. My uneven roof 20x8 took 3.2 gallons to do. This project took a little over a week to complete. It was a big job. I had perfect weather for it really even though if was pretty warm. The roof doesn't look perfect in any way. But it is looking up to the task of keeping Vancouver rain out of my rig. Update: Been on in the hot sun and now the autum hard rain. Its way cooler in here in the summer and dry as a bone now when it rains. Wish I tackled this job sooner. Edit. I ordered a quart of this as well to do another project. I ordered it before I went to bed. It was delivered by the time I woke at 7am! Took 8 hours to get to me. Simply amazing!

Excellent sealer
Applied to 2008 Jayco ZX27' Toy hauler, outside Temperature 24C/75f full sun dry surface very little wind Prep. Re-Mixed with a cordless drill and paint mix paddle till all separated chemicals were reincorporated took 5 minutes. All roof openings were pre sealed with either the Ziollo Flex Tape or Ziollo self leveling caulk All surfaces were cleaned with TSP rinsed with clean water and re-cleaned with Acetone just prior to application of any Ziollo product. Liquid flows and sticks to trailer roof membrane, caulked and taped surfaces very well I used a roller with medium length knap. and 4" brush for around openings. As others had noted to avoid skim formation, I dip transferred 3 liters or just under 1 US gallon into a smaller 4 liter 1 gal container from there I either brushed on or poured directly to surface foregoing a paint tray. It does dribble when used this way but easily smooths out with unloaded roller so as not to leave a ridge that could channel or pool water. Liquid flows and sticks to trailer roof membrane very well. Product self leveled smoothly with both brush and roller. product was thin enough to flow but did not splatter or run. Brushed on coat was dry to the touch within 1 hour and did not pull or stretch when applying to the rest of the roof open areas. White surface is very reflective and resulted in a drop in perceived air temperature inside unit even with the large windows my unit has. Pick a day with low insect # they stick instantly, same with windless days for debris. If I was to suggest one improvement it would be the inclusion of a vent and pour spout like what is on 18 liter oil buckets it would still be required to have a removable lid for mixing.

Great stuff!
I just applied this to a well used 2006 34ft RV last week. A 4 gallon pail was enough to cover the entire roof and then some. It's real easy to work with. Just like rolling on an extra thick coat of paint. I was quite pleased with the results. Since I had some left over and this is an old RV, and I don't care about how it looks, I painted every seam, joint, and screw head I could find. Lets just say I am no longer worried about water ever getting into my RV.

Silicone Amazing - Roof Sealant I โค๏ธ It
This product is truly AMAZING, and half the cost of other manufactured products. I LOVE !!!! this product.Spreading with brush and roller was easy but you you have to work fast as it sets quickly, must stir often to prevent skinning. The 3.5 gallons covered my 8 ft by 24 ft RV roof one coat with a half left over for 2nd coat. I may not apply the 2nd cost just yet as one cost is super good. I applied it on sunny very warm day. 24 hrs later it rained big time and the water beaded and ran off like water off a ducks feathers. ONE very important safety note: this finished dried product is SUPER SLICK & VERY SLIPPERY TO WALK ON even with rubber soled shoes. Bottom line Iโm very thankful that this ZIOLLO product was made available by AMAZON my EVERYTHING STORE. I only have one regret, I should have taken picture โ before and afterโโ Congratulations Ziollo congratulations Amazon. Best regards Al from ๐จ๐ฆ
