Made for Me

I've been in discussion with my current partner about wanting kids one day. We are both natural red heads so I was looking for a book that might help explain why it's so important for me to find a partner who also wants a kid for themselves. I actually found out this book through a youtube video and bought me and my boyfriend matching books. The story is some of the most remarkable red head representation I've ever seen and the tale made me cry. It's a sweet story about the bond between a father and his child and I just appreciate both the red head representation for both the father and the child but also a loving parent relationship with his kid. I didn't grow up with that. And I dont want to bring a kid into the world who equally doesn't have a father like that. Or adopt. I know this is a kids book, but it is beautifully illustrated and wrote. And it also got my point across. I bought two. One for me and one for my boyfriend. It's become my go to book on days when I feel like it would be impossible to have a child of my own and is a great source of comfort. It also brings me joy to know there are people out there who still love me even though I'm a red head. As someone who experienced severe bullying for being a red head, baggage I unfortunately carry woth me daily, I greatly appreciate this book. Thank you the author and illustrator for creating what to me, is a masterpiece.

I bought this book for a first father's Day. It's a beautiful story about a father and son. I had a very small issue with the delivery and the seller was so helpful and efficient when I got in touch. Wonderful customer service and very pleased with the book.

This is such a wonderful book for first time dads. The message is heartfelt, the illustrations are beautiful, and it does a great job of capturing the special bond between a father and child. It made an impact on me from the very first read. Years later, I still read this book to my girls, and they love it just as much as I do. It’s one of those stories that never gets old and has become a meaningful part of our family. Highly recommend it as a gift for any new or expecting dad.
