Superior Source K-2 (MK-7) 100 mcg with D3 5,000 IU, 60 Sublingual Tablets

Have been taking this form of D3 with K - easy to take and seems to do the job. Blood tests for Vit D have been good for years.

My vitamin D kevels were a 12 and it's supposed to be 30-50 with a absolute minimum of 20. If your vitamin D is low, take this seriously because vitamin D affects more things than you know! Bones, mood, sleep, weight and immune system and overall well being. Don't believe the nay sayers about the taste! They are either being overly dramatic or else have the most sensitive taste buds ever. Whatever bitterness they are writing about is so mild....like a 1 out of 10. I could never take this if it were bad and I never even have a thought about the taste. One tip I can share is that vitamin D3 is fat soluble meaning it needs the help of a fat to help it be absorbed properly. I keep a bottle of olive oil in my medicine cabinet with a spoon and I pour the smallest amount, like half a teaspoon and take it right before I put the vitamin in my mouth to dissolve. This gives just enough oil to help be absorbed. By the way, I did a deep dive on olive oils and most of them are not pure olive oil so I use the brand called California which is pure. Anyway, I don't hesitate to buy this! It is excellent and has increased my vitamin d as well as elevating my mood and energy just like others have said! The mood increase was pretty wild to me because I didn't even originally know that vitamin D was going to help me with that. I used to feel more anxious, worried and stressed. I can genuinely say I feel an overall sense of "happy". It genuinely helps me feel like my best self. One last thing I really noticed is my immune system has strengthened. I work very closely with people and they are often sick and normally I would have caught something. Since I began taking this, I have not gotten sick and even once when I thought I might have caught a cold, it never progressed. It was like I started feeling some light symptoms for about 6 hours and then it faded away. That has never happened to me. Is this a wee bit pricer than others? Yes. Is it worth it? You BET!! I'd gladly spend a little more on something that I can tell the difference in.

Took my Vitamin D levels from 35 to 53 in 2 months taking it every other day. I love that it has Vitamin K with it so it can be taken to where it needs to go. It dissolves pretty quick to!

Works well ez to take

I enjoy that it’s a sublingual and dissolves well but the stevia gives it a bitter taste imo but really don’t like stevia in general. I like this brand for quality and price. Super tiny and melts quickly, just wish they’d use allulose or maybe monk fruit allulose blend but thats prolly just me.

My vitamin D is low, and this dissolvable tablet has really helped bring it up to normal. I love that it has K2, which helps your body absorb the vitamin D. I've been using this for over 4 years, and my local Co-Op introduced me to Superior Source.

This will definitely help to raise your Vit. D level..AND as someone who's entire family takes it, I beg you, please make a bigger sized bottle!!! I'm having to repurchase sooo often, because the bottle is tiny. Love this vitamin!!
