The one i got is extremely difficult to open. like you have to literally pry it open. is this normal or did i get a bad one?

Would it be best to pack this in my carry-on or checked bag when flying?

I don’t really know!! It could break since the case is plastic if it’s handled roughly, but you might could pack it between some tops in the middle of your checked bag so it’s padded!! Or if you have room, it doesn’t weigh much, it could go in your carry on then you should treat it carefully!!
