Idk if these made me feel better or not but I will see..I woke up feeling excellent the morning after I took one and I wondered if it was the reason. I don't usually feel great first thing. Idk but will update later. No fish smell burps or taste. Horse pill tho.

Good value per amount of servings. Indeed little to no "fishy after effect", i would say maybe 1/20 servings I would notice fishy smell if i don't take it with full meal, it is balanced and recommended.
