Clear and accessible
Latest edition of this book is right up to date with latest case law and developments affecting contract law. I find this book to be very readable and clear and deals with often complex concepts is a very understandable way. I use it in practice when Chitty is too much and this book usually answers any questions or uncertainties I have. I had the 26th edition when I was at University and found that very useful for my studies so I can recommend it for students too.

Seems to cover plenty !
Just what I needed, lots of info, but I'm thinking a thick volume like it is would be better bound in a hardcover version. I anticipate through much usage the spine binding may become an issue.
