The mixed reviews are real—and both sides are valid. I’ve seen it firsthand. I bought this for my mother and mother-in-law: my mother experienced increased hair fall and dryness and stopped using it midway. My mother-in-law, on the other hand, swears by it—her hair fall reduced, and her hair feels fuller than before. I tried it myself and found it quite drying. Bottom line: results vary widely by hair type. If it suits you, it can work very well—but it’s not for everyone. Availability can also be a bit inconsistent.

Try to contract company as unable to get the top to open .Lid said turn, I turned and turned, the top would not allow me to push lid to get shampoo. Company reply unable to answer, gave me another email address and that one didn't work either.
