I have purchased this product twice now and continue to surprise my guests with a delicious, no gluten option. This comes with three packages, which was enough to make one 9x13 lasagna and one half lasagna that I froze for later. You can taste a bit of difference, but the texture is close enough and it's disguised with sauce and spices that it really tricks you into thinking you're eating a real lasagna. My health coach suggested these and it will be my go-to the next time I need to bring an Italian-style dish.

Just made my first lasagna with these and it was outstanding. The taste was fantastic and allowed me to enjoy a good lasagna without busting my keto type diet. I used a 7.94x5.44 inch tray that is 1.8 inches high, which is sold in a five pack at a store with a W. First off, since I couldn’t find this anywhere, I had 18 or 19 sheets in the one 12 oz package that I used, which filled the tray with three layers to the top. I used a little sausage sauce (pre made from a jar) on the bottom, the palmini lasagna sheets (5 or six), more sauce on top, a handful of part skim shredded mozzarella and a few pieces of whole milk mozzarella, then topped that with a sprinkle of pecorino Romano. Repeat this 3 times with palmini sheets, sauce, mozzarella, and pecorino, and pop it in the oven covered with tinfoil at 425 degrees for 20 minutes, then took the tinfoil off and cooked it another 10 minutes until the top cheese started browning a bit. This came out awesome! More than enough for 3 people with a side salad or 2 hungry men. Don't hesitate to give this a try

Packaged well, arrived quickly. Tastes great when rinsed well prior to using. Healthy option for pasta. Price is a bit high, but I think that's the overall cost of this type of product. Will definitely purchase again.

Excellent substitute for lasagne noodles. This is the closest to pasta noodles I’ve found. Taste is fairly neutral, maybe a tad sour. Makes great keto lasagne. Just about enough for a bread pan’s worth with 3 layers.

I bought the 3-pack to give them a try. I did drain & rinse them. Then boiled them for 10 minutes to soften them up in salty water and strained it like regular pasta. There were enough "noodles" to make 2 layers in my 8x8 pan, along with the typical lasagna fare. Marinara, a pound of ground beef, seasonings, ricotta & mozzarella. I baked it at 350 in my Ninja Flip air fryer/oven for 35 minutes, and it turned out really good! The palm hearts are a neutral flavor and take on the sauce flavor quite well. The noodles are more firm than pasta, but it was really good! I had leftovers today and nuked a big slice for a few minutes and it was EVEN BETTER than before! The noodles became a little more tender and took on even more of the tomato sauce taste. It was delicious!! I don't miss the actual pasta noodles at all! Yes they are a little pricey, but I don't make lasagna all the time either. I will be making it more often now though. Seriously, I can't recommend these enough. For those on keto, low carb, celiac, or just don't want that carb coma from real pasta, this is a great option.

Definitely needs boiled first. Too tough and holds too much water otherwise. The he lasagna watery and difficult to cut. Taste was okay. Slightly better heated as a leftover. Very low carb count but hard to pretend it was really lasagna.

I used these with thinly sliced zucchini in a lasagna. Since we are on a keto diet, we did not miss having wheat pasta at all.

function--hard to use --taste was bad not anywhere near what lasagna noodles should taste like--smelled exactly like what they were (pickled palm hearts) expensive for the like of being usable for the purpose described because they just don't work --they split break and are impossible to manage anything close to a filling--one star for being at least truthful about what they put in the package though misleading about being able to use for lasagna

Love this product I do keto and have done for years I use this in place of pasta for lasagne. Low carb low calorie good quality palm sheets. Texture as expected of a hearts of palm product if you have never had it it’s a bit like artichoke., when you open the packet slight smell just give it a rinse and it’s fine. I love the taste it’s clean a little earthy and again along the lines or artichoke and asparagus. The price is a little high but for me good value for money as this makes me dinner for 2 days.

Rien à voir en texture avec de la pâte à lasagnes classique, mais très bonne alternative dans le cadre d'une diète keto (4g par portion, un paquet = 3 portions) Les tranches sont petites mais la quantité suffisante pour un plat moyen de 3-4 portions en prévoyant une couche au fond, une au milieu et une au-dessus. Les tranchettes sont suffisamment épaisses, pas fragiles, facile à utiliser. La texture est légèrement croquante. Attention à ce que la préparation ne contienne pas trop de liquide car elles peuvent rendre un petit peu d'eau.
