This seems to be a superior product.
Used for the first time today. Mixed equal parts of used motor oil, mineral spirits, and this pine tar. The tine tar is thick, but still will pour, and it mixed very quickly. Using the mix for an outdoor wood preservative. You can substitute raw linseed oil for the motor oil if you need a lighter color ,or, if you worry about toxic materials in the used motor oil (but it’s free).

It's pine tar.
Pine tar. Has many uses, from horses to preserving wood. Thanks for a great product. However, one of my cans arrived damaged.

Container was damaged and leaking
Pine tar was leaking, so I had to transfer to a new container. House smelt like pine tar for a half day.

Good stuff
I’m happy with the product. We mix it with raw linseed oil and use it as a wood preservative. This pine tar is the right stuff. I will buy again.
