How much substrate per syringe would be needed to prperly grow these mushrooms? I wanted to inject it into a soil substrate in a terrerium.

There are many factors to consider. First, what type of substrate will you be using? For example, wood ships or straw. Second, what will be the temperature and humidity inside the terrarium? Pink oyster require warmer temperatures to grow properly. Lastly, what is your overall purpose for the mushroom? As a display or to consume. If you want to display this mushroom, you will have to grow the mushroom spawn constantly. Oyster mushroom won't last more than 2 weeks on display; however, you can get into the hobby of growing them and replacing them every so often. The best way to do this is to create your own liquid culture. There are many videos on YouTube that will guide you through this process.

Do i have to heat the jars before innoculation or out the box just in oculars as is and let sit few weeks? I'm kind of confused as to when do I or if

I didn't inject into a jar. I injected into a self contained "grow bag" that has an injection port. I started seeing results after about 10 days-2 weeks.
