It’s just saline without the additives that most nasal sprays have. It’s the best I’ve used both as a nasal spray and piercing spray. I clean both new and old piercings with this and it works much better than any would wash or piercing specific spray I have used. I always keep it around and use it almost every day

Sinex saline nasal spray is a very good product I've been using it for a while now and it keeps my nasal passages fresh and clean

Not as good as a Neto pot but better than nothing.

Used this to clean my helix ear piercings, and it was perfection. Went through a couple bottles bc it took forever to heal. The spray is cooling cleansing. I found this so much better, and longer lasting than the 'wound wash' stuff you can buy.

Influenza A gave me some of the worst nasal congestion i’ve ever had. This gave me much needed relief along with everything else i could throw at it and the accompanying awful chest congestion: ( Vicks vaporub, Vick’s shower steamers, and mucinex DM. ( personal experience ; not to be taken as medical advice!)

I use daily. So gentle. Could probably use on a baby. It’s a low pressure stream. Not thin and hard like the others.
