Why have My mantises have not hatched

You must keep them warm day and night, minimum 72 degrees for at least 2 weeks

When do I release these worker bugs? Before or after I plant

You want to release them as soon as they hatch, otherwise they'll eat each other. Also, it's hard to tell which cases have hatched if you get more than one. I kept both of mine in the container after I released the first batch, and then the second hatched.
