This is a great faucet!
This is a wonderful faucet! It looks great, works perfectly, good pressure and does not leak! It was very easy to install and the installation system it uses will be very easy to remove it I ever decide to replace it in the future. I am very happy with this purchase

Great customer service!
Like so many others have commented, the hassle was getting the old faucet off. I live in a 5th wheel travel trailer and it has 1/2" pvc pipes that go all the way to the counter. The new faucet comes with its own hoses, so it caused an issue with my long pipes. Anyhow, I worked the pipes around to where I get the hoses on. One problem, the ends are not a regular 3/8" but rather 3/8" compression. So I emailed the company to get more info on the type of connector. In the meantime I ran to Ace Hardware and got the proper 1/2" male to 3/8" male compression connector. Go back, get everything hooked up, turn on the water & the hot water hose is leaking badly above the connection. No amount of Teflon tape or tightening helps it. By then, customer service responded. Faster than I thought I will admit. I explain I found out about the connection type but explain my issue with the hot water hose. I provided a video of the water spraying and sent it to them. Within a few hours, they respond back. New hoses will be sent. In the meantime, I go to put my old faucet back on but discover the old pvc pipe had cracked by the connection. Ugh. So back to Ace Hardware I go and they hook me up with water turn off valves that have the 3/8" male compression end. It cost me more than I anticipated but we'll worth it. The shit off valves clamp on, no glue, no fuss (I went ahead & cut the pvc pipes down & bought 2 hoses to go from shut off valves to old faucet) Anyhow, a couple days later I get a package. A large, heavy package. They just sent me a new faucet. Wow, so cool. Needless to say, after fixing own connections underneath, it only took about 10 minutes to get the old faucet off and new one on, if that long. The faucet looks great, works good. Yes, I have a wandering plant behind it, so I've got the handle at an angle. But that can be adjusted easily. The sprayer is nice, I've been wanting one. Comes in handy. Overall, very happy with the faucet (gives me better water pressure too). Extremely happy with customer service. Would definitely highly recommend

Really very nice replacement for Moen
I usually buy name brand on high use faucets, but our kitchen sink Moen unit's insides literally rusted and stained the stainless steel sink (luckily, under the hole cover plate) - so I don't see the sense in paying $150-$200 for Moen or Koehler. For $45, this Arofa high arc faucet was a seamless replacement, and - in black - it looks really nice against the stainless steel sink. I very much like that the water supply lines are standard stainless steel braided, 3/8" fittings, so I didn't have to get braided lines at the box store, and there are no add'l joints to leak between the supply and the faucet (this is probably standard today, but the Moen it replaced required separate supply lines). One oddity, not a problem, but the 3/8" fittings tighten with a 17mm wrench, most 3/8" fittings tighten with a 16mm. I also much prefer the drop-down sprayer style to the Pull-out-of-post it replaced. The pull OUT style angles *DOWN* into the body of the faucet post, allowing water overspray to trickle into the post. The Moen was replaced because it would barely rotate anymore - it's inner works were rusted completely away, nothing left but a handful of red grit. The pull DOWN sprayer style pulls out of the end of the arc, any overspray would have to travel *UP* and over the arc to get into the faucet body. Much better design. I like that the sprayer hose is covered in a braided stainless steel covered with some kevlar-ish stuff. It slides easily. The moen's uncovered braided steel abraded and unravelled. Installation was trivially easy once the old faucet and it's bits were out. Feed the lines and the threaded section through the 3-hole cover plate; from below slip the large ABS/brass threaded ring over the lines, and hand tighten onto the faucet threads. I'd prefer to wrench tight, but the large ring is clearly designed to prevent over tightening. Attach the braided, color-coded supply lines to the existing 3/8" supply fittings. Clip the sprayer weight to the marked position on the sprayer cable. Turn on the water supply, and you're done. I like the look of the 3-hole cover plate, which has a thick waterproof pad, but I don't like that it is held only by the faucet body & hand-tightened ring. The cover plate it replaced had threaded posts sticking thru the unused holes, which tightened securely to the underside of the sink. Without these, it's too easy to move the cover plate. In the end, I applied plumbing cement to the underside of the plate's soft pad and tightened that securing ring as hand tight as I could get it :-) It can move, still, but it's solid. ONE NOTE... if you existing water supply pipes don't have 3/8" compression fittings... as many older houses don't... *and* you have the option of replacing the supply valve... I'd really suggest replacing the existing multi-turn valve with a 1/4 turn 3/8" comp outlet fitting, directly to the supply pipe (in our case, a 1/2" copper pipe, so a 1/2" compression inlet fitting). The multi-turn valves are horrible sources of leakage. The EASY way is fine - a 3/8" adapter to whatever your supply requires, but is an add'l source for leakage. If your wall pipe is 1/2" copper or 3/4" MIP (threaded pipe), replacing the valve is not beyond most homeowners SO... for a quarter of the price of the faucet it replaced, I'm really happy with this faucet. It looks good, is not leaking, and was easy to install. Time will tell whether it holds up, but it looks and feels solid. All the fittings and supply lines are good quality, all the important parts are 304 steel, all the moving parts move easily, but feel solid. We paid full AMZN price for this item - no compensation for review.

works great sofar - two months in
very nice faucet. Whether it lasts, only time will tell - we're on a well, so water is quite hard. We've had some faucets that are OK with that for 10 years or so, and some that weren't. Don't know about this one - So far, so good. The only design drawback I see - and I don't really know if it is one - is that the sand/debris filter is down at the attachment to the water inlet valve, rather than easily accessible up by the water outlet head. Since we're on a well in the country, it's not all that unusual for the power to go out, often resulting in debris in the water lines. No problem, usually, but then I don't usually have to disconnect the faucet's water lines to clear a blockage. I've had to do this once already - it remains to be seen how annoying this is - may be no problem, might be a pain. But, so far I'm liking the faucet. Seems well made, attached to the sink easily, good water flow, nice design and a great deal better than the one it replaced.

Nice faucet!
I did not see the faucet. It was sent to my tenant. But I was told it was easy to install and it is a beautiful piece according to my tenant!

Looks sharp, seems to be well made, I'm not worried
I love this faucet. I’ve installed it and used it for the past month or so and it compares well to brand name faucets four times the price. It took a few tries to place the weight balance correctly for the faucet to retract properly and at the proper distance (I actually had to move my main drain and P trap, plumb it at a different location under the sink so that the weight wouldn’t hit the P-trap and rest on it, causing the faucet to not retract back snugly into place, but this was no big deal as I had to replace those pipes anyway). The total faucet install time was about fifteen minutes. The base plate is a bit flimsy and when I’d tightened it to my standard quarter-past-snug, the corners lift up a bit, showing that it’s not a solid plate like you’d expect, but I backed off the tightener bracket and it’s evened up enough now to not be noticeable. I’ll see how long this faucet lasts but for fifty bucks I’m happy with it. It looks sharp especially tied to the black sink. The nozzle is well made with tight tolerances and switches from spray to stream easily and tightly, if that makes sense. The black cleans up well and doesn’t show stains, but does show salt-rings and soap-rings if you don’t wipe it down after use, but these are only really noticeable in direct sunlight.

Works well, looks great, too
This is just such a gorgeous piece of home appliance. It comes wonderfully packaged, making this a wonderful gift to anyone who is moving into a new home or just for anyone who wants to redecorate and upgrade their sinks. It is a bit pricier than some similar faucets, but it is well worth the investment in terms of its functionality and style. The black coating extends to the exterior of all of this faucet. The hoses are already attached, saving you so much time and frustration you are usually likely to encounter when installing a faucet with little experience. It's essentially just a "Drag and drop" setup, taking less then 20 minutes to get everything hooked up and in working order. *UPDATE* 4/15/20 So I finally got around to installing this (set it up initially to see how easily it could be done) and now after only 2, barely even 3 months, the black coating is wearing away. I thought it was a stain at first, the silver showing, wiped at it, only to reveal that the black was actually stripping away now. Such a shame as this damage is in the very front of the sink and takes away its overall look. Worse part is, this will just continue to grow as time goes on as there is no way to seal it. *UPDATE* 6/12/20 The company has reached out to me and sent a replacement for this faucet (included in the 5 year warranty). It arrived in great condition and is working out well so far. Only time will tell how well this upgraded version will work out but I am hopeful for now. Great customer service, really.

Love these faucets
Love this faucet. Did a kitchen renovation and came across these on Amazon. Husband was skeptical because of the price but I read the reviews and that help to make the purchase. Got them. Love them. Great color. Great value. Very durable. Perfect height and no leakage and easy to clean up. Would definately recommend this product. Nice and sleek look
