It has good material quality. However, when you need to cut it for shortening it can be hard to cut.

I bought these as a number of doors in a house we were renovating for rental had had the handles fitted on the wrong side (no solid wood for the screws). These worked well and were easy to cut down to size (although you may have to cut mid thread).

They are fiddley but that's to be expected. Tip do not welly them up to much or the M4 machine screw will snap at the next cut off point there as good as any I've ever used and that's hundreds. More expensive is not better in this case

Did the job I had to cut them down with bolt cutters but it was very easy to do. Fast delivery!

Can be used on any door

They are just and I mean just the wrong size. Especially the sleeve. If the sleeve was bigger then when you are trying to connect to the two they can reach and you can get started. As it happens I got the screw (which I had to cut in the middle between 2 joins to get it the right length) then started the eternal battle to try and get the two halves to fit together when you can't see them. The sleeve is too short to connect, and too short that you have to be really really precise on the length of the screw. Nightmare. Ended up putting the old ones back in and sending these to the bin

Die Qualität stimmt. Ich hatte etwas bedenken, daß das mit dem Abknipsen auf die Ziellänge nicht sauber funktionieren würde, sprich, daß dabei das Gewinde beschädigt wird. Dem war nicht so. Ich habe dazu einen stabilen Qualitäts-Seitenschneider benützt. Der Durchmesser an der zu durchtrennenden Stelle misst 2,7mm und ist ca. 1mm breit. Das Gewinde mußte nicht nachgeschnitten werden. Bin daher voll zufrieden und kann das Produkt nur empfehlen. Noch ein Hinweis, der bei dem Einen oder anderen auch vorkommen kann: Die Hülse mit dem Innengewinde hat einen Durchmesser von 5mm. Bei meiner Türblende hat das nicht durchgepasst. Ich musste das Loch der Türblende etwas aufweiten. Dies habe ich mit einem Senker (an der Innenseite der Türblende) gemacht.

Vis et boulons M4 ultra-résistants : plus de jeu, plus de porte qui bouge. Installation facile avec un tournevis, résultat immédiat. Finition discrète. Un petit investissement qui change tout ! Je recommande vivement pour les bricoleurs ou les propriétaires qui veulent des portes stables.
