It says Keto Flour but it contains Wheat flour.

Not easily to make dough and chappati.
It has very strong smell of peanuts and oils. Plus to able to make dougj and chappti you need to add equal amount of attta also otherwise you will get cracks in dough and wont be able to roll it as its keep on splitting.

Good for Keto Diet
I have been using this product for 2 years.. but first time writing this. its too good... I make puris... methi parantha... roti with this aata.... everything comes out super tasty... Puri I fried in coconut oil...It is the best aata I ever used... I tried other brands too... but this Nutroactive has no comparison at all...

Atta roti isbgood for health but very bad taste
This atta is very good for sugar contral fasting iam having 146 n after having this atta roti in lunch mu sugar level is 154 but difficult to eat very bad taste but for health I have to eat if aim able to eat because difficult to make roti n difficult byo eat taste so bitter n smelll is also like that health wise five star but tase wise to bad can't have but for controol my sugar I have to eat

Tastes like raw peanuts
I really wanted to make some Roti. Since starting keto I have really missed Roti and parantha but this flour was such a disappointment for me. It tasted like raw peanuts, I tried everything but the taste was really overwhelming. I love peanuts but it was such an awful taste. I had to create my own recipe picked from YouTube where I was used psyllium husk, sour cream , almond flour, xanthan gum and coconut flour. That tasted better than this atrocity.

Mixed with some eggwhites to try it in the waffle machine, very satisfied with the product.

Great alternative to chapati
Slightly on the expensive side, but if only 1 person is on a low carb diet you only need a small amount of flour to make a couple pranthes, I found it a tad hard to roll so shape is not perfect added some spices and jeera seeds and fried on tawa with butter and it was tasty, some Greek yogurt was a nice taste great for when I fancy something vegi I would rate as a 7/10 overall so it’s a win for me
