I was very impressed with this bag. It has good long strap for cross body wearing which many bags don’t have. It is a really useful size and practical. Not too big or too small. Nice set of pockets inside including an important zipper for more security. Well made and good value for money. It looks totally fab with that vintage vibe and will only get better with time I am sure. I didn’t find any smell unpleasant and it was carefully packaged. I would definitely recommend this product. I love these style of bags, I used to have backpack bags but as I get older they hurt my back and I have one shoulder bag which is too small, I used to love my satchel at school, but one of those would be too big, this however is just the right size. I have read the reviews on this bag and the mentions of a smell concerns me, as an asthmatic strong smells set me off, but I do love the smell of leather, However I was not expecting what came out of the package when I opened it! It went straight outside on the line, my dog thought I’d bought her another chew toy 😆, the smell overpowered me, but a day in the breeze saw fit for it to be brought back inside, it’s been in a few rooms throughout the house and has now made it back into my bedroom, I love it, it has lots of pockets and space, the shoulder strap is a little short for me so hubster has put more holes in, thank goodness for extra strap space, All in all when I get rid of the chest infection I now have I will be using my new bag with pride and will see how much I can get in it. I would thoroughly recommend this bag to everyone and as long as I can keep it away from my friend and neighbour, I should have it for a long time.

This bag is beautiful, it's made from real leather. Beautiful craftsmanship lined with green canvas. It has that lovely leather smell that I hope doesn't fade. It has ample storage, however I found it to be slightly too big for my needs so ordered the smaller size. (11 inch) Overall I adore this bag and am definitely keeping it as it would be ideal for travelling or when you might need to carry more then your every day items. I would definitely recommend!

I seen this bag & fell in love with it, it’s beautiful. I love the rustic look & the green canvas lining gives it the vintage feel. I’m not particularly into “aged” style of accessory but I adore every characteristic this bag has. It’s great quality, spacious & I quite like the leather smell. The note inside telling you about the bag is a nice touch. The only thing I would say that’s negative is some edges aren’t sealed and I reckon this will roll the leather and cause some issues. It would have been 100% perfect if that was done.

It is a lovely-looking bag. When it arrived it really smelled dreadful. I couldn't have it in the house. I had to leave it in the conservatory for a couple of months for the smell to disappear. I then treated the leather so that I could use it. It is quite heavy and the stitching has come adrift in some places. Overall its OK but not brilliant. A good point is that there are plenty of pockets to store things and the shoulder strap is a good generous length.

Everything is wonderful about this purse. It has dividers. It's not black inside! So you can find things. It smells like leather. It feels nice. It's well made, well stitched. It's way, way nicer than all those ugly leather purses in Winners that cost $125-$150. It holds way more than it looks like it will. I can put two large hard-sided glasses cases and a water bottle and all my other purse stuff in it. And it looks great!

I read the reviews that stated the leather smelled. I found this to be true of all leather products I’ve purchased that have been recently made - they have that new leather scent. Leather products that have been “sitting” and waiting to be sold, have had a chance to “air out”. Yes, my purse did smell of leather in the beginning, but since I’ve been carrying it frequently, it no longer smells. What I like about this purse: •It looks nice. The brown color highlights the details. •It’s durable - I don’t have to handle it with “kid gloves”. I stuff it in my file cabinet at work every morning to lock it up. •It’s well made - nothing has broken on it and I use it everyday. •The adjustable strap fits comfortably on my arthritic shoulder. Of course, with any purse, if too much is stuffed in it, it becomes too heavy and uncomfortable. •I live in the city and I wear it across my body and the buckles prevent thieves from being able to get into it when I’m standing in a long line. •It’s reasonably priced.
