how long is the strap (will it fit a short fat female?

I'm a tall fluffy female and it will fit just fine. It's a great sling. I had a fractured shoulder and this was way better then the cheap from the ER!

what kind of fabric is it? synthetic? natural fiber?

I'm not sure, but it was comfortable. I don't think it was a natural fabric though.

female 5'1 125lbs. will the sling be small enough?

I am a 5 foot 105 pound female and the sling was much too large for me. I wish they provided more measurements. My elbow to knuckle measurement is about 12 inches and even with the straps tightened all the way my arm is not high enough. I don't tend to believe in"one-size-fits-all" and will have to return this.
