My bottle came with no protective seal or cap. Is that normal? Or did I receive a product that had already been opened/tampered with?

Don't believe mine had a seal either, but can't remember for sure.

How can i clear from algae of 200000lt pond in my garden

Use this product at recommend dose.

Can this be used in a pond with Red Earred Sliders (turtles)?

No, it cannot. Turtles absorb chemicals through their skin. We have not tested it for use with turtles.

what is dosage for a fountain (not a pond)?

You have to calculate the number of gallons in the fountain and then do the math to reduce the dosage of the product for a pond down to the number of gallons in the fountain.
